Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition, which is a positive, empowering and transformational approach. Each of us has a unique, fascinating and ever-changing relationship with food. Eating Psychology helps you understand why your relationship with food looks the way it does. Eating challenges are your food story which is the doorway into your inner world, facilitating a change of patterns and behaviours. Mind Body Nutrition – the undeniable scientific reality that the mind and emotions exert a powerful influence on nutritional metabolism and the psyche of the eater. Psycho physiology of how digestion, assimilation and calorie burning are all profoundly influenced by who we are as eaters, our beliefs, stress levels and our relationship with food. Through these approaches I guide you on a journey of discovery, understanding your challenge and giving you tools to change your patterns and behaviours.

The Coaching Process
  • Schedule a free 30 minute introductory call to connect with me.
  • If we agree to take the next step, I will send a formal proposal confirming, payment information and a coaching agreement so we can begin your journey.

  • You will then receive all information regarding additional resources and our Coaching Contract.

  • Our first session will be approximately 90 min and the weekly sessions are approximately 45 min.

  • After each session an email will be sent to you, outlining the main topics, revelations and changes experienced, as well as, homework to be done for the next session.

  • You can contact me during the week by text, email or voice message should you have any questions, celebrations or concerns.
